On receipt of an Assessment Request, the following action is taken the same day:
Communication and collaboration with the insured, repairer and the insurance company is regularly maintained throughout the claims process to ensure claims run effectively, time frames are met and ultimately the insured, and the insurance company are completely satisfied with the claims process from start to finish.

On receipt of an Assessment Request, the following action is taken the same day:
- The Assessment Request is allocated to the appropriate assessor.
- The insurer is notified of the assessor handling the claim.
- The claim is reviewed and any emergency action is undertaken. In the case of vessels requiring emergency salvage, we are instrumental in coordinating salvage operations and complying with the appropriate regulations/authorities.
- The first attempt is made to contact the insured to provide the required assistance and book an assessment.
